The latest firmware for the Azimuth Spid Controller (ROT1PROG) will now incorporate programmable soft Start and Stop. This allows a gradual ramp up in speed when starting and then a gradual slow down when stopping. This is very useful when large antennas are used on the rotator as it reduces the strain caused by the momentum of the antenna.
